Workshop Cancellation Policy

Workshops are booked on a first come first served basis.

Once the booking has been made, if you wish to withdraw from the workshop, however compelling the reason, we ask that you replace yourself as we do not refund on less than 30 days prior to the workshop.

Any cancellation incurs an admin fee of $30.00

If we have wait list and can help you find a replacement under some circumstances, we will still charge you the admin fee, due to the staff time it takes to make these types of arrangments & the time it take to make refunds.

If, more than 30 days ahead of the workshop, you wish to cancel, we will still charge an admin fee of $30.00.

In any of these cases, if you can simply replace yourself and work out your own arrangements, we will make no charge for changing the name of the attendee.

Finally, it is not possible to offer professional workshops without the certainty that fees are stable and available to pay the workshop tutor. Often we will not be able to replace a workshop seat within a short time as people who may otherwise have attended and paid for that place have been unable to book because you have taken the place. We apologise if you are unable to receive a refund, but this is the reason that we cannot refund!
